What does nonduality look like in my everyday life?

So I was begging myself for just one cup of caffeine. Not even the strong kind, just a little cup of white tea, which has just the tiniest amount of caffeine and doesn’t even affect the adrenal glands – like can I just have one cup!? 😆 I already knew the answer. Caffeine is a 'no' for me. I’ve known it for months, regardless of how much I enjoy the tannins. It interferes with my frequency. Frenetic energy is exactly opposite to the slow and easy pace of nonduality. Caffeine gets me ahead of myself.
In a short while, I began my breath work, following a guide I’m presently reading. This particular breath exercise was to lie down for 20 minutes, and take long, slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth while doing a certain kind of visualization. I'm still in awe over the amount of energy I felt in my body after doing the breath work – all day long❣️ I just completed day three of seven and can see that the 'energy' I get from caffeine doesn't come close to the quality of energy I’m getting from this breath work. I have benefitted from breath work for a few years now (certified in QiGong), but this brings a whole new revelation.
Note the seamless progression from desire to solution. Note that thought was not involved with the solution, only with my most in-the-moment interest or desire. Note that the response was to my real interest rather than to the artificial means I selected to a desired end. - My real interest was in having more energy, not in caffeine per se.
Infinite Intelligence (Tara, the Mother of all Buddhas, in my case) responds to me this way all the time. The more I center down, the smoother everything goes. This is what nonduality looks like in my everyday life.
